EC500



Direct investment casting just got easier. The new EC500 has a melting point of 250 degrees C and zero ash content on complete burnout which makes it cast as easily as any injection wax pattern.
Its opaque yellow colour shows fine features and improved crispness in detail with super smooth surfaces.

HTM140 & HTM140IV



High Temperature Mold Material with a heat deflection temperature of 140°C straight out of the machine, high definition parts printed in HTM140 can be directly vulcanized in rubber, eliminating the need for a metal master. It is designed to withstand both the heat and pressure of vulcanizing the model in rubber with incredible detail and no loss of dimensional stability. It can also be used in a variety of applications that require thermal resistance such as items to be metallized or tested for high temperature gas and liquid applications. To add to its versatility, another use is for making tools for small run injection molding and it’s easily paintable for visual aids. HTM140 is green and HTM140IV is Ivory in colour.

This material produces parts with high impact resistance similar to thermoplastics. LS600 provides superb detail and has the best overall mechanical stability over a period of time. WIC100G



Wax-filled for direct investment casting.
This nano-wax filled material offers a clean burn out even with extremely high detailed designs. During the burn out cycle, the nano-wax melts away first allowing the resin to burn off without excessive expansion or pressure from degassing which is a great advantage over other 3D printable materials.

PHOTOSILVER (RCP130)



High temperature resistance and excellent surface finish.
A ceramic filled photopolymer that produces highly detailed parts with crisp features. Photosilver´s high temperature resistance allows for the production of vulcanized rubber molds without breaking or melting the material. The increased number of ceramic nanoparticles in the resin leads to improved definition of model detail compared to other filled materials.
Photosilver 3D Printer Material is the only RP resin that can produce high detail models straight from the machine without the need for finishing.

R5 Gray 3D Printer Material is a liquid photo curing acrylate which is used to produce parts with high quality up and down-facing surfaces. The parts exhibit superior fatigue strength properties and excellent tolerance to a broad temperature and humidity range during and after build. The material offers distinguished chemical resistance and a good balance of properties between rigidity and functionality. RC31, RC70, RC90



The RC family are a nanoparticle-filled material that is used to build hard-wearing, stiff and high temperature-resistant parts. The material has an opaque peach colour. RC's are ideal for applications requiring superior stiffness and high heat deflection temperature, such as automotive components, pump housings and impellers, wind tunnel test parts, light reflectors, injection moulds, chrome electro plating.

RC31 is good for smaller detailed models.
RC70 for larger cross section models.
 RC90 best suited for large models
