ABS



ABS-M30 is ideally suited to conceptual modeling, functional prototyping, manufacturing tools, and end-use-parts. ABS-M30 has greater tensile, impact, and flexural strength than standard ABS. The layer bonding is significantly stronger than that of the older ABS producing a stronger more durable model. Colours include natural, white, black, dark gray, red and blue.

NYLON 12

ULTEM



ULTEM 9085 is an extremely strong material with great rigidity, it's naturally smooth, giving it good wear resistance and it’s rated for high heat applications.
Advanced applications include functional testing, manufacturing tooling and direct digital manufacturing of production parts — including aircraft interior components and ductwork. This high-performance FDM thermoplastic expands the use of additive manufacturing into applications that require thermal and chemical resistance.

SR-110 SUPPORT



They go by numerous names Soluble Core, Sacrificial Cores or Carbon Fibre Washouts, they’re all made with FDM technology using the same soluble material that’s used as support structure for FDM parts. However, unlike other core materials that require harsh methods for removal from the composite, FDM soluble cores are easily washed away in a detergent solution. This reduces the risk of damaging the part during core extraction.
