LS




With LS we can produce nylon or carbon filled nylon parts that are both strong and flexible. The LS process employs a high power laser to fuse plastic powders layer by layer into finished prototypes and functional end-use components. This powder material acts as both build and support material. Nylon LS 3D Printing material is a white plastic that is robust, durable and incredibly versatile. To achieve this, the most important factor is the powder mix. Powder may be reused form a previous build however it will determine the quality of your next parts. Cheap parts don’t often mean quality parts.








TECHNICAL INFO


Build layer available in 0.1 mm (NR) and 0.06mm (HR)

PA2200 (PA12) is bio compatible according to EN ISO 10993-1 and USP/level VI/121 °C. Approved for food contact in compliance with the EU Plastics Directive 2002/72/EC (exception: foodstuffs with high alcohol content)

The carbon fibre reinforced material has the highest strength-to-weight and stiffness-to-weight ratios of any 3D printed plastic. It has a temperature resistance up to 170°C and the material is also conductive. It costs more than the Nylon and is gun metal grey.
