HIGH TEMPERATURE (RGD525)

High Temperature material has a heat deflection temperature of 63–67 C (145-153 F) upon removal from the printer. Thermal post treatment in our programmable oven can increase this to 75-80 C (167-176 F). Unlike other High Temperature materials it can be printed in fine layers of 14 microns offering a superior surface finish.

DIGITAL MATERIALS

Our Connex range of 3d printers let you fabricate Digital Materials (Composites). Allowing us to print varying material properties within the same build. You can simulate up to seven different elastomers (rubbers) by creating Digital Materials with a Shore A range including: Shore 27, 40, 50, 60, 70, 85 and 95. You can also combine one or all these flexible materials with our rigid Vero materials. Enabling us to print rigid, flexible combinations as well as
