DLP: Digital Light Processing

Digital Light Processing (DLP) is a very similar process to SLA, but uses projected image rather than a scanning laser to cure the surface of a liquid photopolymer.

Where DLP technology excels above SLA and other such 3D Printing processes is in the quality and surface finish. Digital Light Processing will produce parts with resolutions under 30 microns and provide a smooth surface finish. With a wide choice of materials to choose from, DLP is a fantastic 3D Printing technology suited to many different applications.
