PolyJet

Polyjet 3D Printing works similarly to inkjet printing, but instead of jetting droplets of ink onto paper the Polyjet 3D Printer jets layers of photopolymer curable resin onto the printers build bay.

Using the latest Connex PolyJet 3D Printing technology allows us to supply you with Rigid and Flexible materials within the same build. By combining two of the 14 base materials means we can offer up to 140 digital materials, with an incredible 27 different materials in a single print. Meaning over moulding and flexible prototypes are easier, faster and more cost effective to produce than ever before.

Technical Information

  • 16 micron layers over a build area of 490 x 390 x 200 mm (19.3 x 15.4 x 7.9 in.)
  • Polyjet 3D Printers can produce thin walls and complex geometries using the widest range of materials available with any technology.
  • Accuracy: 20-85 microns for features below 50 mm; up to 200 microns (+/- 0.1 mm) for full model size
  • Resolution: X-axis: 600 dpi; Y-axis: 600 dpi; Z-axis: 1600 dpi
